Step # One: Registration

There are two ways you can register to be part of Real Estate Runs depending on your preference:

• Register Online
• Pick up registration form from our office or print online. Fill the printed form and return it to our office. The information on the submitted form will be used to create your membership account

Step # Two: Payment

Once the Registration Form is filled out online or on paper, you will then pay your membership registration fee as follows:

• N2,500 or
• N1,500 if you are a member of Quantumlife-online

There are three(3) methods of payment:

• Bank Payment
• ATM Card-Interswitch
• Credit Card

You MUST follow this process after filling the Form:

After filling the Form Online, pay to the bank if you do not want to pay with either an ATM Card or Credit Card; enter your bank payment details after selecting Bank Payment from the three payment methods mentioned above and submit. The Admin will activate your account within 48 business hours and send you your membership details by email.

But if you are paying with ATM Card. Our site is secured with SSL certificate. Your PINs and other payment details are secured. With ATM/Credit Card payment, activation is automatic in real time.

Step # Three: Start your business

Now, you have to start your business by talking to people and you will accomplish that by doing very simple things but which you MUST maintain consistency: Talk to people you know and those you come in contact with on daily basis.

• Invite them to weekly business presentation
• Attend every business presentation to get trained
• Take people to site inspections
• Add your imaginations

How Do I Make Money?

Once those you refer subscribe for the land and start their payment, you receive your commission or bonus calculated and paid on monthly basis. This is ONE surefire method of knocking the pile of MLM debris down to size. There are three ways to earn:

• Fast start bonus
• Residual income/monthly bonus
• Cash Gift
• Fast start bonus

This bonus is earned every time anyone you refered or your downlines down to 5th level, subscribe for a land and pay the Deed of Contract fee. Quantumlife Online members earns higher. See chart below.

This bonus is to reward high performers. So every month we will calculate and set aside 0.25% of our total sales for the month as extra bonus for top entollers in our system and it is paid out as follows:

• Those that enrolled to subscriptions in that month shares 50% of the entire volume for that month
• And the remaining 50% are shared by those who introduced 10 people who paid outrightly for 10 plots within that month
